About David Windes
David Windes was born and raised in Colorado, but moved to Georgia in 1998 with his wife, Linda, and daughter, Melody. He was introduced to woodworking and home construction at a young age by his father and, after a stint in the Navy, they became both his profession and his passion. David completed his training with the Weathersby Guild in Jan. 2008 and with his son-in-law Brent Pennington formed the Weathersby Guild - Tennessee Valley. David will be covering the field work and repairs, while Brent is covering the business aspect as President of the company.
David spends his spare time in his shop listening to music, playing guitar, and working on numerous creative and aritistic endeavors with wood and other materials -- as well as spending time with his grandchildren Garrett and Conner.
Brent Pennington has a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry and has his own practice in Ringgold, Georgia. He has taught High School Science and coached football, basketball, and track. He loves spending time with his wife and sons as well as hunting and fishing.
